Architect – Restaurant & Hospitality Projects (Revit)

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Revit Architect/Architectural Designer to support a US‑based architecture firm that specializes in restaurant and hospitality projects. The role involves creating BIM models, producing construction documents, and collaborating directly with US architects, project managers, and consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural drawings and BIM models using Revit.
• Produce construction documents, permit drawings, and design development packages.
• Coordinate architectural information with consultants and project team members.
• Review drawings to identify design conflicts, code issues, and coordination concerns.
• Participate in project meetings with US‑based clients and design teams.
• Interpret sketches, mark‑ups, and design intent into accurate construction documents.
• Perform quality checks on drawings and models prior to submission.
• Communicate project challenges, risks, and recommendations proactively.
• Assist in maintaining project standards, templates, and documentation procedures.
• Collaborate with internal team members to meet project deadlines and quality expectations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 8 years of professional architectural experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit.
• Experience producing construction documents for commercial, hospitality, retail, restaurant, or mixed‑use projects.
• Strong understanding of architectural detailing, building systems, and construction documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Experience collaborating with international or US‑based clients (preferred).
