Architect – Planning Drawings & Elevation Layouts (UK Experience Required)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Architect to create planning drawings, floor plans, elevation layouts and sections for UK‑based projects. The role is fully remote, working on UK business hours, and requires strong knowledge of UK building codes and spatial optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Produce accurate architectural drawings including floor plans, elevations and sections.
• Maximise space efficiency while preserving aesthetic and functional quality.
• Communicate with UK clients via email and virtual meetings.
• Ensure all designs comply with UK planning regulations and standards.
• Prepare technical documentation and visualisations for client presentations.
• Collaborate with engineers and other consultants to deliver integrated design solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural planning and elevation layout.
• Proven experience working with UK clients or firms.
• Strong understanding of UK building codes, planning policies and space standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
