Appointment Setter – Night Shift (Onsite)

About the role

MicroSourcing is seeking an Appointment Setter to join its onsite team in Cagayan De Oro City on a night shift. You will engage warm leads, close sales and promote additional services while building strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm leads.
• Close sales and upsell additional services.
• Build and maintain strong rapport with customers.
• Meet or exceed performance targets.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a high‑volume calling environment.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
• Goal‑oriented with a strong sense of accountability.

Required skills

• Previous sales experience (preferred).
• Objection‑handling and negotiation skills.
