About the role

Acquire Intelligence is seeking an Appointment Setter to manage Australian mortgage and secured loan enquiries. In this position you will reach out to prospective clients, assess their interest and eligibility, collect essential personal and financial information, and arrange suitable appointment times for the sales team to follow up. The role is based on‑site at our Eastwood office in Metro Manila, offering a structured environment for professional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Contact Australian prospects interested in mortgage or secured loan products.
• Qualify enquiries by evaluating client needs and eligibility.
• Collect accurate client information required for loan processing.
• Schedule appointments that fit both client and sales team availability.

Required profile

• Strong communication abilities and a comfortable phone manner.
• Attention to detail when recording client data.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in a fast‑paced environment.
• No prior experience required; willingness to learn about mortgage and loan processes is essential.
