About the role
Satellite Teams is seeking a fast‑moving, sales‑driven Appointment Setter to turn incoming leads into confirmed meetings. You will be the first point of contact, qualifying prospects and ensuring they are scheduled promptly.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to incoming leads within 5 minutes via chat, SMS, or phone.
- Ask basic qualifying questions and book qualified leads into appointments.
- Conduct 5–7 follow‑up attempts per lead, re‑engaging cold prospects until they book or decline.
- Schedule appointments in the calendar system and send clear instructions to clients.
- Collect deposits when required, confirm appointments 24 hours in advance, and send reminders to reduce no‑shows.
Required profile
- Strong English communication skills for both chat and calls.
- Sales mindset with confidence in handling leads.
- Fast response time and a sense of urgency.
- Disciplined approach to follow‑ups.
- Comfortable using chat, SMS, and phone calls.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM or booking system platforms.
