About the role
The AP Specialist will manage the full accounts payable cycle for a global organization, working remotely during night shift hours. This position offers immediate health coverage (Day 1 HMO) and the chance to grow within an international team.
Key responsibilities
- Process and validate incoming invoices and expense reports.
- Perform vendor reconciliations and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate payable records and ensure timely payments.
- Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities related to payables.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to address queries.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently in a remote night‑shift environment.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Relevant experience in accounts payable or finance.
