Android Software Engineer - AI Neobank App

About the role

We are looking for an Android Software Engineer to shape the native Android experience of our AI‑powered Neobank app. You will work on clean user flows, high‑performance features and AI‑assisted experiences that serve real customers across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and ship Android features using Kotlin.
• Create seamless mobile flows for insurance, payments, claims, renewals and other financial services.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to simplify complex user journeys.
• Integrate backend REST APIs and ensure stability, security and reliability of mobile flows.
• Improve app performance, crash rates, loading states, responsiveness and memory usage.
• Leverage analytics and production data to continuously refine the product.
• Implement AI‑assisted mobile experiences where they add genuine value.

Required profile

• 3+ years of Android development experience with Kotlin.
• Strong fundamentals and a track record of shipping production apps.
• Deep knowledge of Jetpack, Coroutines, Flow and modern Android architecture.
• Excellent sense of mobile UX, usability, edge cases and user flows.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and troubleshooting production issues.
• Fast execution, high ownership and strong attention to product quality.
• Portfolio, GitHub links or screenshots of shipped work are a strong advantage.
