About the role
The Airline Travel Customer Service Representative will provide front‑line support to passengers and travelers, handling inquiries related to flight bookings, schedules, and travel policies. This full‑time position is based on‑site in Ortigas, Metro Manila, and works within a dynamic call‑centre environment.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls, emails and chat messages concerning airline travel issues.
- Provide accurate information on flight status, reservations, baggage policies and related services.
- Document interactions in the company’s CRM system and follow up as needed.
Required profile
- Available to work full‑time, Monday to Friday.
- Willing to work on‑site in Ortigas, Metro Manila.
- Strong communication skills in English.
