AI‑Assisted Reports Optimization Specialist (Remote, Freelance)

About the role

The practice needs a specialist to streamline its clinical report workflow and modernize its website. You will build an AI‑assisted pipeline that turns recorded patient assessments into polished reports while ensuring HIPAA compliance, and you will migrate and maintain the practice’s online presence.

Key responsibilities

• Transcribe patient assessment recordings using a tool such as Heidi and feed the transcripts into Claude (or equivalent) to generate first‑draft reports.
• Review, edit, and finalize each report against the practice’s template and quality standards.
• Enter clinical data from assessment forms, cross‑check for accuracy, and flag inconsistencies.
• Refine the AI‑human workflow, document SOPs, and propose process improvements to reduce turnaround time.
• Migrate the website from GoDaddy to a user‑friendly platform (e.g., Squarespace) and structure content for easy updates.
• Track tasks and priorities in Trello (or similar) and communicate progress while following HIPAA‑compliant data handling.

Required profile

• Proven experience converting audio recordings or transcripts into professional written reports.
• Comfort using AI drafting tools (Claude or similar) and transcription software.
• Working knowledge of HIPAA requirements or willingness to be trained.
• Experience with website platforms such as Squarespace and/or GoDaddy.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
