AI Solutions Engineer (Fully Remote)

About the role

CyberOne is looking for an AI Solutions Engineer to design and deliver practical AI and automation solutions that boost internal efficiency. This greenfield position will involve working across the organisation to understand current processes and create AI‑driven improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Run discovery sessions with business and technical teams to map existing processes, systems and pain points.
• Identify, prioritize and prototype AI, agent and automation opportunities that address real business problems.
• Develop AI applications, agents and automation workflows, integrating them with APIs, databases and existing platforms.
• Design human‑in‑the‑loop controls, guardrails and monitoring to ensure safe operation.
• Test solutions, measure outcomes against defined business metrics and transition successful prototypes into production.
• Contribute to a reusable AI architecture, engineering patterns and a long‑term internal AI roadmap.

Required profile

• Strong software engineering experience (any programming language).
• Hands‑on experience building applications on a variety of AI platforms.
• Proven ability to translate ambiguous business problems into concrete technical designs.
• Experience prototyping rapidly, iterating based on feedback and delivering production‑ready solutions.
• Comfortable working independently in a greenfield, ambiguous environment.
