AI Native Designer – Product Marketing & Social Trends (Remote)

About the role

GrowthAssistant is looking for an AI Native Designer to create and publish high‑quality templates for a leading generative‑AI creative platform. You will work remotely, shaping both trend‑driven social assets and product‑marketing scenes that marketers can use without design expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Design reusable, shareable templates for character transforms, art‑style transfers and stylized social looks.
• Scout social platforms and visual libraries daily to capture emerging trends before they peak.
• Build product‑placement and lifestyle scenes that allow marketers to drop their own products into on‑brand hero shots.
• Tune prompts, models and settings to ensure clean, believable outputs for both trend and product lanes.
• Curate and refine every template to a premium, intentional quality, avoiding generic AI artifacts.

Required profile

• Strong visual sense with an eye for hierarchy, composition, colour and typography.
• Deep understanding of how marketing creative works and what makes assets feel desirable.
• Hands‑on experience with generative‑AI image and video tools.
• A dual‑portfolio that showcases trend‑aware social work and product‑marketing scenes.
