About the role
A remote, online contract position for an AI Content & Prompt Engineer based in Manila, Philippines. The role combines creativity with technical thinking: crafting high-performing prompts and generating high-quality content with AI tools for marketing, operations and other business uses.
Key responsibilities
- Design, test and optimize prompts for AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude
- Create social media posts, blogs, emails, ads and landing pages with AI
- Develop prompt frameworks and reusable templates for different teams
- Make sure AI-generated content matches brand voice and business goals
- Edit, refine and fact-check AI outputs for accuracy and quality
- Work with marketing, sales and operations teams
- Keep improving AI performance and stay up to date on AI trends and prompt engineering techniques
Required profile
- Proven experience in content writing, copywriting or AI content creation
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering and AI behavior
- Excellent English writing and editing skills, able to adapt tone and voice to different audiences
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Required skills
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and Jasper
- Nice to have: marketing, branding or SEO background; A/B testing experience; Zapier or Make familiarity; basic knowledge of AI limitations and ethics
