Agrochemical Marketing Manager

About the role
EASTCHEM, a leading Chinese agrochemical exporter, is seeking an Agrochemical Marketing Manager to lead its commercial activities in the Philippines. You will act as the primary representative of EASTCHEM, promoting our crop‑protection products and supporting customers throughout the sales cycle.
Key responsibilities
- Manage consultative selling for all company products, including local registration, sample delivery, product introduction, and pricing negotiations.
- Analyse client business challenges, conduct workshops, and deliver presentations to drive product adoption.
- Provide weekly updates to management on new activities, urgent issues, and market developments in the Philippines.
- Represent EASTCHEM at trade shows, industry events, and association meetings to promote the brand.
- Perform other work‑related duties as assigned.
Required profile
- Familiarity with agrochemical commercial activities in the Philippines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- Experience in multinational companies is preferred.
