Admissions Officer & Family Engagement Lead

About the role

OWN Academy is seeking an Admissions Officer and Family Engagement Lead to manage the full admissions pipeline for its experiential learning programs for ages 9‑18. You will be the primary point of contact for parents, guide families through enrollment, and ensure admissions targets are met while delivering a high‑quality service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to all inbound inquiries, conduct follow‑up calls, and provide accurate program information.
• Guide families through each step of the admissions process, from initial interest to enrollment confirmation.
• Maintain and update the admissions pipeline in Odoo CRM, tracking lead stages and conversion metrics.
• Meet monthly and seasonal enrollment targets and produce weekly performance reports.
• Coordinate handover to program teams once enrollment is confirmed.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage parents and students.
• Experience managing a sales or admissions pipeline and meeting enrollment goals.
• Detail‑oriented approach to CRM data entry and reporting.
• Comfortable working in a remote‑first, cross‑cultural environment.
