About the role
The Admin Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors and callers, creating a welcoming atmosphere and supporting smooth daily operations at the front desk. This role combines customer service with basic administrative duties to ensure the office runs efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls promptly.
- Manage appointment scheduling and meeting‑room bookings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishment.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree graduate.
- Experience in front‑desk or concierge roles within corporate offices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
- Availability to start ASAP and work extended hours if required.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Office).
