Admin cum OSH Licensed Nurse (Open to Fresh Graduates)

About the role

Crown Worldwide Group is seeking an Admin cum OSH Licensed Nurse to provide medical and occupational health support across its warehouse, logistics, office, and contractor environments. The role combines first‑aid duties with occupational health monitoring, ensuring the wellbeing of employees and on‑site contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first aid and emergency medical care to warehouse, logistics, office staff, and contractors.
• Conduct pre‑employment, periodic, and return‑to‑work medical evaluations.
• Monitor health conditions of high‑risk groups such as equipment operators, drivers, and sedentary office staff.
• Maintain clinic supplies, medical records, and compliance with DOLE occupational health requirements.
• Support infection control, sanitation, and disease monitoring across all work sites.
• Assist in health and safety program implementation, safety inspections, incident investigations, and toolbox health talks.
• Coordinate with facilities, supervisors, physicians, EHS teams, and contractor safety representatives.
• Promote wellness initiatives covering hydration, fatigue management, ergonomics, stress management, and overall wellbeing.
• Help implement new health regulations and manage emerging health concerns.

Required profile

• BOSH Safety Officer 2 (SO2) certification (advantage).
• First Aid and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong knowledge of DOLE OSH standards for warehouse, logistics, and office settings.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Company Nurse, preferably in logistics or industrial environments.
• Proficiency in emergency response, case management, and occupational health monitoring.
