About the role
The Admin and Finance In-Charge will lead both financial operations and office administration for Avanti Transport Services. This on‑site position ensures that financial reporting is accurate, budgets are effectively managed, and all regulatory requirements are met.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day financial operations, including bookkeeping and ledger maintenance.
- Manage office administration tasks such as record keeping, procurement, and facilities coordination.
- Prepare and present accurate financial reports for senior management.
- Develop, monitor, and adjust budgets to align with company objectives.
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws, financial regulations, and internal policies.
Required profile
- Proven experience in overseeing financial operations and office administration.
- Ability to produce precise financial reports and manage budgets.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance related to finance.
