Ad Producer

About the role

We are looking for an Ad Producer to oversee the technical and creative aspects of our livestream and broadcast productions. The role combines studio management, equipment procurement, project direction and research-and-development to ensure high-quality on-air content.

Key responsibilities

• Manage studio operations, maintain equipment inventory and schedule repairs or replacements.
• Design studio layouts, source and negotiate with suppliers, and procure new technology.
• Direct mid- to large-scale live projects, determine technical requirements and coordinate internal and external crews.
• Monitor departmental expenses, produce monthly reports for executive management and oversee manpower scheduling.
• Research emerging broadcast, e‑commerce and social‑media technologies, create proof‑of‑concepts and develop new SOPs.
• Provide first‑line IT support, coordinate with external IT partners and handle digital subscription invoicing.
• Assist HR with technical support for photoshoots, employee‑engagement events and board meetings.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in technical production and live broadcast setup.
• Strong knowledge of studio lighting, camera and audio systems.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a technical team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Background in TV networks or live‑event production is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with OBS Studio.
• Experience setting up on‑location broadcast equipment.
• Technical expertise in lighting, camera operation and audio engineering.
• Equipment sourcing and supplier negotiation.
• IT troubleshooting and coordination with external IT providers.
