Ad Producer

About the role

The Ad Producer will lead technical and production activities for live‑streamed advertising projects. This role combines studio management, equipment oversight, and project direction to ensure high‑quality broadcasts that meet client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage studio operations, maintain consistent livestream quality, and oversee inventory and equipment lifecycle.
• Design studio layouts, procure needed gear, and negotiate with suppliers on payment and billing.
• Direct mid‑ to large‑scale projects, determine technical requirements, and schedule internal and external manpower.
• Research emerging broadcast, e‑commerce and social‑media technologies; develop proof‑of‑concepts and new SOPs.
• Coordinate IT issues, system patching, and digital subscription invoicing with the IT partner.
• Support HR‑led events that require technical assistance, such as photoshoots and board meetings.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in technical production, live broadcast or studio setup.
• Strong professionalism, willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Background in TV networks or live‑event production is a plus.
• Proven leadership ability to manage and motivate a technical team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with OBS Studio and on‑location broadcast setups.
• Hands‑on experience configuring lights, cameras and audio for studio and field environments.
• Equipment sourcing, supplier negotiation and outsourcing.
• IT coordination and system patching.
