Ad Operations Learning Specialist

About the role

MicroSourcing is looking for an Ad Operations Learning Specialist to design, deliver and continuously improve training programs for its digital advertising operations team. This individual‑contributor role works remotely and prepares new‑hire, refresher, remedial and cross‑training sessions that ensure employees perform accurate, efficient and compliant ad operations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver new‑hire, refresher, remedial and cross‑training in both classroom and virtual settings.
• Partner with subject‑matter experts and team leads to create client‑specific and platform‑specific training, including practical exercises and campaign simulations.
• Develop and maintain training materials, SOPs, job aids, assessments and version‑controlled documentation.
• Administer knowledge checks, evaluate production readiness and provide actionable feedback.
• Conduct skill‑set reviews for existing staff and coordinate with clients or external partners when required.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of hands‑on experience in Ad Operations.
• Demonstrated experience designing and delivering structured training programs.
• Strong ability to translate operational processes into clear, standardized learning content.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
