About the role
The Accounts Receivable Team Lead – Collections will join a global team responsible for managing the receivable debt of the TP ICAP group. This hybrid position combines leadership of the collections function with close collaboration across international stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the accounts receivable portfolio for the TP ICAP group.
- Lead the collections team to ensure timely recovery of outstanding debts.
- Collaborate with global partners to monitor and reconcile receivable balances.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting of debt status.
Required profile
- Proven experience in accounts receivable and collections.
- Strong understanding of credit control processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
