Accounts P/R Analyst II – French Bilingual

About the role

The Accounts P/R Analyst II will perform AP/AR analysis, reconciliations, fraud detection, transaction verification, reporting and issue resolution. The role requires increasing independence and a solid working knowledge of finance systems while supporting French‑speaking stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze aged debtor data, identify root causes of payment delays and take action to resolve outstanding payments.
• Monitor and analyze financial data using established finance systems and protocols.
• Produce accurate reports by collecting data from standard sources and formatting it for stakeholders.
• Gather, monitor and analyze risk data, recommending further investigation when needed.
• Prepare moderately complex documents and summarize data for reports.
• Respond to routine functional inquiries by following established procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in P2P, Travel & Expense or Royalty.
• Fluent in French (speaking and writing).
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and solve problems analytically.
