Accounts Payable Analyst – Finance Operations

About the role

Join Acquire BPO’s finance team supporting RingCentral’s global operations. As an Accounts Payable Analyst you will ensure accurate processing of vendor invoices and maintain compliance with internal policies while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices for all RingCentral subsidiaries using Concur and NetSuite, adhering to service level agreements.
• Ensure transactions comply with Fixed Asset policies, approval authority, amortization, cost‑center guidelines, and country‑specific rules.
• Collaborate with requestors, procurement, suppliers, approvers, and general‑ledger accounting to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, including direct coordination with the US executive assistant for expense report submission.
• Reconcile vendor accounts, verify monthly statements, and support month‑end closing activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of accounts payable experience, preferably in a global BPO or shared‑service finance environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA is a plus.
• Willingness to work North American business hours and a hybrid schedule (10‑11 days in office per month, Cubao or Ortigas).
• Experience with Concur invoice reporting; familiarity with Coupa or Auditoria is advantageous.
