Accounts Payable Accountant

About the role

Expereo, a provider of managed internet, SD-WAN/SASE and cloud connectivity solutions, is hiring a full-time Accounts Payable Accountant in Taguig. The role ensures timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and payments, acting as an accountable and reliable business partner to providers and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Process purchase invoices and payments accurately and on time
• Monitor and resolve supplier queries and misunderstandings
• Keep supplier details up to date (billing address, bank account details, VAT numbers)
• Reconcile supplier statements and balances, and prepare, reconcile and record payments
• Answer internal and external queries about account and payment status

Required profile

• Diploma in Finance, Accounting or another relevant discipline
• At least 5 years of relevant accounting experience
• Experience in a fast-paced, international environment
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Proven experience in administration and handling sensitive information

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Solid administrative skills, accuracy, organisation and attention to detail
• Able to work unsupervised with confidential matters
