About the role

MicroSourcing is seeking an Accounts Officer to manage both accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions. The position is full‑time and remote, based in Metro Manila, Philippines. The role supports the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records.

Key responsibilities

  • Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
  • Record and reconcile accounts payable transactions.
  • Monitor and collect outstanding customer payments.
  • Reconcile accounts receivable balances and prepare aging reports.
  • Prepare periodic AP/AR reports for management review.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate financial documentation in compliance with company policies.

Required profile

  • Ability to work remotely full‑time from Metro Manila.
  • Proven experience handling both AP and AR processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with financial data.
