Accounting Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our finance leadership team. The role requires a strategic thinker with solid accounting expertise, strong leadership abilities, and a collaborative mindset to support the department’s continued success.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards and Philippine BIR regulations.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to aid strategic decision‑making.
• Lead month‑end and year‑end closing processes.
• Develop and maintain internal controls and accounting policies to protect company assets.
• Coordinate audits and act as the primary liaison with external auditors.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve financial and operational efficiency.
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of all financial data.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in an accounting management or similar supervisory role.
• In‑depth knowledge of Philippine tax laws, BIR regulations, and general accounting principles.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross‑department collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects efficiently.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Leadership or project‑management experience is advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software.
• Experience using ERP systems.
