About the role

We are looking for an Accounting Staff to manage timely and accurate payments and process financial transactions related to company expenses. The role involves maintaining disbursement records, verifying data, and ensuring proper filing of documents.

Key responsibilities

Keep accurate disbursement records and information.
Verify data against source documents and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain organized filing of documents in both soft and hard copies.
Identify and report data‑related issues to the supervisor.
Process and verify invoices to ensure timely payment of liabilities.
Perform other assigned tasks as needed.
Submit daily transactions and key performance indicators at the end of each day.

Required profile

Graduate of any business, management or related course.
Minimum 1 year experience as Accounting Staff handling Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
High level of accuracy with strong attention to detail.
Highly organized and able to work Monday to Saturday (8 hours per day) with one rest day.
