Accounting Manager

About the role
The Accounting Manager will lead the accounting team, oversee daily financial operations, and ensure compliance with Philippine tax laws and accounting standards. This role is pivotal in delivering accurate financial reporting and supporting strategic decision‑making.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Oversee filings for the BIR, SEC, LGU, and employee benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag‑IBIG).
- Lead month‑end close processes, bank reconciliations, and cash‑flow tracking.
- Coordinate internal and external audits.
- Supervise and mentor the accounting team.
Required profile
- Registered CPA is a plus.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or Financial Management.
- 3–5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Hands‑on experience with BIR tax regulations, eFPS, and local business permits.
