Accounting Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Accounting Manager to lead our accounting function, ensuring accurate financial reporting and strict compliance with regulatory standards. The role involves supervising daily accounting activities, managing inventory and accounts payable, and supporting strategic financial decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month‑end close.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS), GAAP, and the Internal Revenue Code.
• Maintain accurate and timely financial records and reports for management review.
• Manage inventory accounting, accounts payable processes, and related compliance tasks.
• Lead and develop the accounting team, fostering strong internal controls and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related field.
• CPA certification is an advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership abilities and a detail‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS).
• Proficiency with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Understanding of the Internal Revenue Code.
• Experience in inventory management accounting.
• Experience in accounts payable processes.
