Accounting Manager

About the role

The Accounting Manager will lead the preparation and management of full financial statements, overseeing the general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, tax compliance and financial reporting. This senior position requires a CPA and extensive experience in financial management.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage complete financial statements.
• Oversee general ledger operations.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Supervise payroll processing and ensure tax compliance.
• Lead financial reporting and analysis for internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credential.
• Minimum 25 years of accounting or financial management experience.
• Proven track record in preparing financial statements and overseeing general accounting operations.
• Strong leadership ability to manage and mentor a finance team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP and accounting software such as SAP, QuickBooks, and Oracle.
• Advanced knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
