Accountant – Finance & Accounting

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an entry‑level Accountant to join its Global Services finance team in Taguig. The role supports the end‑to‑end account‑to‑report process and works under close supervision to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Support the account‑to‑report (A2R) process across the shared services function.
• Prepare and submit BRAVO reports as required.
• Apply accounting standards and requirements to daily transactions.
• Identify and maintain internal controls throughout the accounting workflow.

Required profile

• Finance or Accounting related degree.
• Understanding of accounting processes, SOX compliance and internal controls.
• Practical experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Prior experience in an accounting shared‑services environment is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, time‑management and communication abilities.
