Accountant – CME Plant (Roxas, Zamboanga Del Norte)

About the role

SEAOIL is seeking a dedicated Accountant to manage end‑to‑end financial activities for its CME Plant in Roxas, Zamboanga Del Norte. The role focuses on inventory costing, monthly cost reporting, and compliance with government regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Calculate monthly CME fuel cost to support pricing and inventory valuation.
• Prepare and present monthly cost and savings reports, highlighting key drivers of profitability.
• Record inventory receipts promptly in the system to ensure accurate valuation and material availability.
• Compile DOE and BIR reports to meet regulatory requirements and facilitate audits.
• Analyze cost movements to identify fluctuations and recommend business decisions.
• Provide management with insights on cost performance and potential savings.
• Manage the revolving fund for cash‑on‑delivery payments to CME suppliers without bank accounts, and oversee petty cash for the manufacturing plant.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing, retail, or oil & gas.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from a reputable university.
• Willingness to be based in Roxas, Zamboanga Del Norte.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
