Accountant / Bookkeeper (30‑day project)

About the role
Dynamix is seeking an experienced accountant or bookkeeper to join a short‑term project aimed at strengthening financial accuracy and compliance for its clients. This 30‑day engagement, with the possibility of extension, will be performed remotely while aligning with EST working hours.
Key responsibilities
- Clean up and fully reconcile the client’s QuickBooks records.
- Develop clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for ongoing bookkeeping processes.
- Ensure all financial data meets accuracy and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to document sustainable financial workflows.
Required profile
- Holder of a CPA license or demonstrable bookkeeping expertise.
- Proven ability to manage financial clean‑up projects.
- Highly detail‑oriented, organized, and proactive.
- Available to work part‑time during EST business hours.
Required skills
- Strong proficiency with QuickBooks.
