Account Manager – PR & Communications (Hybrid)

About the role

The Account Manager will work within a PR agency environment, supporting the Associate/Account Director in delivering day‑to‑day client projects across multiple sectors such as food & beverage, fintech, healthcare and consumer tech. This hybrid role combines client‑facing duties, content creation and coordination of internal and external teams to ensure campaigns are executed on time and to the highest standard.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Account Director in building client confidence and trust.
• Attend client meetings, prepare reports and presentations, and track deliverables.
• Conduct research using credible sources to generate brand, industry and consumer insights.
• Write editorial materials that reflect the client’s voice and objectives.
• Manage relationships with media, influencers, bloggers and industry experts.
• Coordinate event execution, aligning internal creatives, vendors and external partners.
• Monitor project trackers, lead alignment meetings and provide feedback to the internal team.
• Assist HR in screening, assessing performance and recommending development plans for team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a communications agency or in‑house communications role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver high‑quality work under tight deadlines.
