Account Manager – Logistics (Manila)

About the role

We are seeking an Account Manager to join our logistics team in Malate, Manila. The role focuses on building and maintaining strong client relationships while driving account growth across North and South Manila.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Drive account growth through business development and expansion opportunities.
• Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate logistics solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Address client inquiries, concerns, and account‑related matters in a timely manner.
• Monitor account performance, prepare reports, and achieve assigned targets.
• Manage contract renewals and support negotiations with clients.
• Stay informed on market trends, industry developments, and competitive activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics or a related field (master’s degree is an advantage).
• 2‑3 years of experience in sales, account management, and logistics services, project logistics or freight forwarding.
• Knowledge of the isotank industry is a plus.
