Account Manager

About the role

The Account Manager is a full‑time, hybrid position based in Davao. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they successfully adopt and continuously use our hardware and related solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client relationships, understand business processes, and set expectations.
• Coordinate project delivery, gather requirements, and work closely with consulting and technical teams.
• Conduct regular client check‑ins, prepare account plans, status reports, and monitor service delivery.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities and proactively address issues or risks.
• Support contract renewals, facilitate training sessions or product demonstrations, and provide feedback to improve services.

Required profile

• Strong client relationship and account management skills, including stakeholder communication, expectation setting, and conflict resolution.
• Experience in IT consulting, ERP, or hardware product environments with an ability to understand system workflows.
• Project coordination experience – organizing timelines, tracking deliverables, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities to interpret client needs and recommend solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup, balancing on‑site meetings and remote collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Management or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• High level of professionalism, ownership, and commitment.
