Account Manager

About the role

RISE is looking for an Account Manager to drive new business opportunities and strengthen client relationships across the Philippines. You will be the face of the brand, responsible for generating leads, nurturing prospects, and delivering exceptional service to our business customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify qualified prospects from lead sources such as SAQ, Marketing, and Sales Operations.
• Target assigned sites and clusters to generate leads for new business and promotional activities.
• Generate and nurture new leads through multiple channels, using brand collaterals.
• Champion the RISE brand to attract and develop client relationships.
• Meet individual and team revenue targets, contributing to overall company growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to promote and deliver RISE services.

Required profile

• Proactive, direct, and results‑oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to work independently while aligning with team goals.
• Experience in sales or business development, preferably in telecom or internet services.
