Account Manager

About the role

Outsource Access is looking for a remote Account Manager to grow the distributor network for fast‑growing promotional product suppliers. You will be responsible for generating new business, turning one‑time orders into repeat revenue, and managing the sales pipeline in Odoo.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct targeted outbound outreach and reactivate dormant accounts to expand market coverage.
• Develop existing distributor relationships into VIP accounts through cross‑selling and upselling.
• Lead discovery calls, handle pricing objections, negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Maintain a clean pipeline in Odoo and hit monthly revenue targets.
• Collaborate with an Account Coordinator who manages quoting, proofs and administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, with measurable close rates and revenue figures.
• Comfortable with cold calling and resilient to rejection.
• Self‑directed, highly organized and able to manage your own day without micromanagement.
• Motivated by uncapped sales incentives and commission.
• Dedicated home office with high‑speed internet, noise‑cancelling headset and backup power.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Odoo CRM.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools to enhance efficiency.
