Account Manager II – Inside Sales

About the role

The Inside Sales Account Manager will manage an existing book of business in Manila, focusing on renewing annual subscriptions and expanding revenue within the current customer base. You will work closely with customers to maximize the value of ICIS solutions and help them achieve their business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage an existing book of business, ensuring timely renewal of customer contracts.
• Drive retention activities and generate upsell opportunities.
• Convert forecasted pipeline into actual sales.
• Engage with customers to verify user experience, identify pain points, and propose value‑led solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to enhance the overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or at least two years of college education completed.
• Minimum 2 years of inside sales or account management experience handling an existing customer portfolio.
• Strong listening, quick thinking, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence across global locations.
• Detail‑oriented, follows defined processes, and demonstrates strong time‑management skills.
• Enthusiastic, creative, and able to inspire customers and colleagues.
