Account Manager – Client Relations & Project Sales

About the role

The Account Manager will build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact throughout project lifecycles in the construction and interior fit‑out sector. This role combines client management, sales, and coordination with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned client accounts and serve as the main contact from project inception to completion.
• Conduct client meetings to gather requirements, budgets, and timelines.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and cost estimates in collaboration with estimating and engineering teams.
• Negotiate contracts, commercial terms, and agreements with clients.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, and project management teams to ensure accurate execution.
• Monitor project progress, provide regular updates, and handle variation orders and change requests.
• Address client concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction and ensure delivery meets quality, budget, and timeline standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Business or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in construction, interior fit‑out, or project sales.
• Strong client management and business development abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively with project, design and engineering teams.
