Accommodation Consultant – Bahasa Speaker (12‑month Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a remote Accommodation Consultant who is fluent in Bahasa Indonesia to join our Disability and Leave Services team on a 12‑month contract. The consultant will act as the primary point of contact for employees navigating workplace accommodations, ensuring compliance with federal and state disability laws while delivering a high‑quality employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Perform accommodation reviews to ensure compliance and support employee requests.
• Serve as subject‑matter expert on accommodation processes and disability legislation.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end case management for accommodation requests.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to approve or deny accommodations.
• Work with leave‑of‑absence case managers to align processes.
• Communicate decisions, issue Job Accommodation Records, and partner for implementation.
• Educate employees and HR on complex return‑to‑work and accommodation cases.
• Maintain a caseload of up to 120 cases and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Keep system records accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Provide training to employees, managers, and HR on DLS procedures.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of case‑management experience, preferably in investigations or HR.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel up to 25 % of the time.
