About the role

Grupo Metropol is seeking a dedicated Labor Lawyer to join its corporate legal team in Buenos Aires. The professional will provide comprehensive labor law advice, represent the company in negotiations and litigation, and help ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the existing judicial portfolio, attend labor hearings and support administrative and judicial actions.
• Draft and respond to legal documents such as letters, telegrams, and notifications.
• Prepare detailed reports and legal opinions for various business units.
• Provide labor law advice to all business areas, with the ability to support other legal matters.
• Represent the company in lawsuits across labor, civil, administrative, and commercial courts.
• Utilize litigation skills and procedural tools to minimize legal risks.

Required profile

• Law degree with a valid license to practice in the City of Buenos Aires and the Province of Buenos Aires.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in labor law, litigation, negotiation, and dispute resolution.
• Strong analytical mindset, proactive attitude, and ability to work effectively in a team.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
