UI/UX Designer & Front-End Developer

About the role

We are seeking a creative powerhouse who can bridge the gap between design tools and production code. You will own the entire product experience, from sketching ideas in Figma to delivering pixel‑perfect front‑end implementations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of combined UI/UX design and front‑end development experience.
• Mid‑level proficiency with Django (must work within Django templates).
• Strong portfolio showing both design craft and shipped production code.
• Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools for rapid iteration.
• Solid front‑end fundamentals: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Ability to work independently from problem identification through deployment.
• Experience using AI‑assisted development tools to accelerate workflow.
• Bias toward action – prefer shipping fixes over writing tickets.
