About the role

The Total Rewards Specialist will act as an analytical compensation professional, supporting and delivering rewards programmes across all regions worldwide. You will be part of a global team shaping reward practices and enhancing the employee experience, contributing to the clean energy transition.

Key responsibilities

Design, implement and manage total rewards programmes for multiple countries.
Analyse compensation data to ensure competitive and equitable pay structures.
Collaborate on strategic global projects that influence reward policies.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve employee experience.

Required profile

Strong analytical mindset with experience in compensation or rewards.
Ability to work across diverse regions and cultures.
Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders.
