Technical Recruiter – Oil & Gas (Southern Middle East) – Philippines

The Technical Recruiter will specialize in talent acquisition for the oil and gas sector, based in the Philippines and supporting the Southern Middle East region.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product line managers to understand workforce needs and source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, industry networks and referrals.
• Build and maintain a continuous talent pipeline for the Southern Middle East region and SME offices.
• Conduct initial HR screenings, verify qualifications, collect documentation and assess technical competencies.
• Prepare and issue offers, ensure timely acceptance, and manage pre‑ and post‑onboarding documentation.
• Maintain up‑to‑date talent data in the Recruitment HRIS for accurate regional reporting.
• Gather employment documentation, ensure compliance with internal policies and local laws, and recommend process improvements.

Required profile

• Any bachelor’s degree; preferably a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive recruitment experience, with a focus on technical talent acquisition in the oil & gas or energy sectors.
• Proven ability to source candidates with inspection experience through job boards, LinkedIn, headhunting and other channels.
• Experience in bulk recruitment of inspection‑related positions across the Middle East.
• Prior management of large recruitment drives; willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
