About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Technical Operations Support Coordinator to manage client‑facing operational processes during US daytime hours, which correspond to the Philippines night shift. The role focuses on ensuring continuity, accuracy, and smooth handovers between night and day teams in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries during US daytime hours.
• Support day‑to‑day operational processes and system configurations.
• Perform quality‑assurance checks to verify accuracy and completeness of work.
• Prepare and maintain SOPs, documentation, and detailed handover notes.
• Monitor dashboards and operational reports, escalating issues when necessary.
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges.
• Ensure adherence to established workflows, processes, and documentation standards.
• Proactively follow up on tasks and unresolved issues to guarantee closure.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in operations, support, QA, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, process adherence, and proactive problem‑solving.
• Ability to work independently, adapt to night‑shift hours, and collaborate with internal and client teams.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of SQL.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using dashboards or reporting tools.
• Ability to perform light data analysis to identify trends or anomalies.
