Talent Acquisition Supervisor

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Supervisor will lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process for a high‑volume retail operation, covering store, warehouse and support office positions. This role blends team leadership with hands‑on sourcing, screening and onboarding to ensure timely hiring and a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job requisition to onboarding, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
• Supervise a recruitment team, monitoring efficiency, quality of hires and adherence to timelines.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies tailored to retail needs, building talent pipelines for both regular and urgent hiring.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers, store operations and HR partners to understand staffing requirements and coordinate interview processes.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records for audit and reporting purposes.
• Deliver a professional, positive candidate journey and address concerns promptly to protect employer branding.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in high‑volume recruitment, preferably within the retail sector.
• Strong communication, leadership and organizational abilities, with the capacity to multitask under pressure.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience using HR Information Systems (HRIS).
• Proficiency in Excel reporting.
