Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist for Specialized Hiring will identify, attract and hire top talent across assigned tracks. You will ensure timely and effective completion of client hiring requirements, following agreed processes and turnaround times. This role supports both MicroSourcing and its partner Beepo.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment from job posting through offer negotiation to onboarding for all assigned requisitions.
• Source qualified candidates via job portals, social media and networking.
• Screen applications to verify credentials, skills and experience matching each position.
• Regularly endorse candidates to hiring managers and communicate hiring updates.
• Review, implement and manage recruitment tools and processes.
• Conduct calibration sessions with hiring managers to align on candidate profiles.
• Facilitate hand‑off of new hires to Operations and Human Resources stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
• Experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar recruiting role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
