Spring Boot Developer (Full Stack) – Cebu

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Spring Boot Developer to join our agile team in Cebu. You will work on designing, building, and maintaining web service applications while collaborating closely with senior engineers and product owners.

Key responsibilities

• Attend daily stand‑up meetings to review progress and plan upcoming tasks.
• Design, code, configure, test, debug, deploy, document, and maintain web service applications using Spring Boot and related toolkits.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient Java code and contribute to front‑end development with React.js, Angular or Vue.js.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and implement software enhancements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for the development team and end‑users.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Information Systems or a related field (completed or in progress).
• 2‑3 years of professional experience as a Full‑Stack Developer using Spring Boot.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Ability to read UML diagrams (use case, activity, sequence).
