About the role

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will design and execute tailored recruitment strategies for mid‑level and core business roles, ensuring high‑quality, on‑time headcount delivery. This role also owns full‑cycle recruitment for assigned job families, from requirement alignment to candidate onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Independently design and execute recruitment strategies for mid‑level and core business roles to meet rapid expansion needs.
• Own full‑cycle recruitment for assigned job families, including job requirement alignment, talent mapping, sourcing, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding follow‑up.
• Track recruitment metrics such as sourcing efficiency, interview conversion, offer and joining rates, and continuously optimize processes.
• Identify recruitment risks like talent shortages or prolonged vacancies, and provide analytical reports with improvement solutions.
• Support key HR projects, campus recruitment, talent pooling, and pipeline building while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in e‑commerce, social platforms, or large‑scale BPO recruitment.
• Strong understanding of local labor policies, recruitment compliance, and internal talent management standards.
• Fluent in English and the local language; Mandarin fluency preferred for cross‑regional alignment.
• Excellent independent delivery capability with strong negotiation, problem‑solving, and data‑analysis skills.
• Self‑driven, highly responsible, and able to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑volume recruitment environment.
